Venture Nordics (by Helsinki Partners) is Europe’s top program for international investors to efficiently explore the New Nordics. It is an intense program full of events that happen during one week around Slush, the world’s largest venture capital event.

The Challenge

Helsinki Partners needed to create sustained awareness and excitement around Venture Nordics 2025 on social media pages, primarely LinkedIn.

They didn't have a dedicated content team in-house to capture, produce, and distribute across LinkedIn and Instagram consistently the social media native content.

  • Post-program asset gap: After the program ends, most organizations have nothing to show. They needed a content library to promote Venture Nordics 2026.
  • Social complexity: Unlike consumer brands, governmental organizations struggle to create content that actually resonates (= not boring)
  • Multi-format content needs: Different platforms demand different formats (vertical, horizontal, LinkedIn-native). One generic asset doesn’t work everywhere.

Meridian’s Approach

Strategic Foundation:

  • Mapped the full customer journey: pre-program hype → live event coverage → post-program promotion for 2026
  • Identified key content pillars: founder stories, ecosystem insights, behind-the-scenes access, event highlights
  • Positioned Helsinki Partners as the trusted voice in the Nordic startup scene
Phase 1: Pre-Program Strategy (October-November)

We analyzed the 2024 Venture Nordics program materials and created a content narrative for 2025. We produced LinkedIn posts and campaign content to build anticipation before the program even started, getting people to care and building FOMO.

Phase 2: Live Coverage (14-20 November)

We embedded with the Helsinki Partners team during Venture Nordics 2025 events.

  • Filmed professional camera footage AND authentic phone-style clips
  • Captured real moments, real conversations, real energy
  • Posted daily updates to keep momentum going
  • Recorded video interviews with program participants and alumni
Phase 3: Post-Production (December)

After the program ended, we delivered:

  • 13 vertical videos (Instagram Reels-ready)
  • 24 horizontal videos (LinkedIn and YouTube-native format)
  • 1 professional aftermovie (program recap for promotion)

These videos purpose-built for each platform, designed to drive signups for Venture Nordics 2026.
