Augusta Nordic is a Finnish, family-owned FemTech company specialized in sustainable, premium intimate wellness products designed for sensitive skin, particularly during perimenopause and menopause. Their products are manufactured in Finland, using natural Nordic ingredients, and focus on preventing and treating issues like dryness.

The Challenge

Augusta Nordic needed a TikTok strategy that could do more than just create visibility. As a two-founder business run by sisters, they didn’t have the time or internal resources to produce enough content consistently, and they also needed help understanding how TikTok works for a sensitive intimate-care brand.


They needed:

  • Clear communication of product value without sounding overly promotional.

Meridian’s Approach

Meridian built Augusta Nordic’s TikTok strategy around three content pillars designed to educate, build trust, and make the brand feel human.

The Robe Talk
  • A street-interview format hosted by an influencer, Chris Myrdal, in a robe.
  • Used to expose how little people know about women’s intimate health and menopause.
  • Created a playful entry point into a taboo topic while inviting broader participation in the conversation.

Founders Video Podcast
  • Positioned founders Heli and Mira as direct, no-nonsense voices in the category.
  • Focused on cutting through misinformation and explaining what actually helps.
  • Included content like FAQ replies, debunking marketing fluff, and reacting to bad intimate-health advice online.

Aesthetic Product Content
  • Showed the product in a visually elevated, lifestyle-driven setting.
  • Helped communicate the brand values in a TikTok-native way.
  • Made the product feel aspirational, premium, and relevant to the audience it was built for.

We used performance learnings to refine the strategy month by month. The content reports showed strong traction for The Robe Talk format, a Finnish audience base, and a clear appetite for educational and credible women’s health content.
